Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every bottle. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We're a small batch brand built on quality. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Because Cobra Dip is a consumable food product, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened bottles for health and safety reasons.
However, if your order arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no cost. Just send us a photo and we'll take care of it.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
